Thank you!

Thanks to everyone for the tremendous support we saw at the benefit concert! It was a fantastic show and couldn’t have happened with the incredible generosity of Heaven, Urban Sophisticates and Phive Mics. A special thanks Benton and Aaron James for their hard work arranging the show, Grady Green for generously sponsoring the venue, and Kyle Price for donating his Tips from the event!

Thank you also to the unbelievably hard work and long hours Lauren Reese has put into baking all of our cupcakes!!! We are in the process of distributing these tasty treats to fill the dozens of orders we received, and I must say- they really are delicious!

And a big thanks to those who have donated to our fund for solar powered computers. These make for such an attainable, and important goal and we’re seeing great results in our efforts to raise funds! Follow this link if you are interesting in becoming a donor

We have some great events coming up!

  • We will be hosting a Cupcake Sale in the Gatewood Studio Lobby this Friday 10/22 from 11AM-1PM and again from 4-5PM. These are delicious cupcakes baked in house by professional cupcake artist Lauren Reese. Having baked for such clients as Katie Holmes, her treats are not to be missed!
  • Mark your calendars for October 30th! Students are hosting a Donation Drive at each of the Greensboro Walgreen’s locations from 11AM-4PM. Come out and support the cause!
  • Later on October 30th we will be holding a Shopping Event from 6-8PM at 10,000 Villages on New Garden in Greensboro. 15% of all event proceeds will benefit the school in Ghana!!!
